TF1525 8 Ohm

The Celestion TF1525 is a 15-inch bass and mid-range driver built on a pressed steel chassis with a ferrite magnet. It handles 250W AES and 500W continuous at 8 Ohm with 98dB sensitivity across a 40Hz to 3,000Hz range, so it reaches low enough to carry kick and bass in a full-range top while still covering vocal fundamentals. A 64mm copper voice coil on a polyimide former drives a Kevlar loaded paper cone with a cloth-sealed surround, holding stable through 4.5mm of Xmax. Parameters (Fs 47.6Hz, Qts 0.493, Vas 148.41 litres) suit vented full-range cabinets and larger floor monitors. Unit weight is 11.5 lb, light for a 15, which keeps portable tops practical for one-person handling. The 351mm cut-out with eight mounting holes on a 369mm PCD follows the standard 15-inch pattern for new builds and replacements alike. It is a sensible choice for mobile DJ rigs, band PA systems, school and community halls, and any installed cabinet that needs 15-inch output without a heavy cast frame.
