Data Stream 8 [Open Box]

Data Stream 8 is a flexible DMX splitter built to distribute and boost incoming signal from two inputs across eight separate outputs. A master 3-position switch sends either input to all eight outputs at once, while individual 2-position switches on each output let you send data from input A or B separately, so different zones of a rig can run off different consoles simultaneously. Every output is optically isolated from the others, which protects the rest of the rig if one output experiences a short. A threaded insert lets the unit mount safely to overhead truss instead of sitting loose on a table, and the 1U rack-mount housing fits directly into an existing equipment rack. For larger venues or productions running multiple DMX universes to different areas, Data Stream 8 handles both the splitting and the signal boosting that a passive splitter cannot provide.
