EVE E-50Z is an LED ellipsoidal that shines a hard-edged warm white spot in any direction. A single 50 W warm white LED at 3500 K rated for 50,000 hours replaces the lamp changes and heat load of a conventional ellipsoidal, and flicker-free output makes it usable on camera for streamed services, broadcast, and video shoots. Manual zoom from 20 to 39 degrees means one fixture works at short throw over a lectern and at longer throw across a room, without swapping lens tubes. Framing shutters let you shape the beam to the object you are lighting, so a spot lands on the podium and not the projection screen behind it. The fixture ships with holders for both glass and steel gobos plus a gel frame, covering pattern projection and color without extra purchases. D-Fi USB compatibility adds wireless lead/follow or DMX control on 1 or 3 DMX channels, and locking-compatible power input and output connections let you link 16 units at 120 V or 26 at 230 V, which cuts extension cord runs across a stage. Standalone mode runs the fixture with no DMX at all.
