EZLink Strip Q6 BT is a battery-operated linear wash light with built-in Bluetooth wireless technology, controlled from any phone or tablet through the free BTAir app with no additional hardware. Six quad-color RGBA LEDs are split across three zones of control, which is what separates it from a single-color bar: you can run a color chase along the length of the fixture, or split the strip into three sections of different colors for banded looks on a wall or backdrop. Punchy amber LEDs bring natural-looking color temperatures and warm, rich mixing that RGB-only strips render as washed out. Beam angle is 33 degrees with a 60 degree field, producing 325 lux at 2 m across the 19.7 in bar. Runtime is up to 8 hours with all colors on and up to 20 hours on a single color, with a 7.5 hour recharge. The optional IRC-6 remote sets static colors or automated programs from across the room, and sound-activated and automated programs run the fixture hands-off. DMX control is available on 4, 6, or 16 channels through 3-pin XLR when a console is in play. At 6.6 lb with a hanging bracket included, it fits best in the CHS-60 VIP gear bag.
