Freedom Par Q9 is a 100% TRUE wireless, battery-powered uplight running 9 quad-color RGBA LEDs at 6 W each. The amber emitter is what separates it from a basic RGB fixture: warm whites, ambers, and flattering skin tones come out clean rather than muddy, which is what most wedding and corporate work actually calls for. New secondary optics blend the four colors with nearly no artifacts on a wall. Output measures 3,580 lux at 2 m through a 19° beam, so a single fixture throws a defined column up a tall wall or pillar instead of a soft blob. The included magnetic diffuser pops on to widen that to 37° when the light sits close to a surface. Control works two ways with no cable run. A built-in D-Fi transceiver handles wireless DMX at up to 600 ft, and a built-in RF receiver pairs with the optional RFC or RFC-XL remotes for fast changes from anywhere in the room. Run times adjust to 3, 5, 8, or 12 hours with a 3-hour recharge. A spring-loaded kickstand sets the projection angle, a glare shield keeps spill out of guests' eyes, and the OLED display shows full-text menus.
