FX Par 9 packs three lighting effects into one compact fixture: an outer ring of 9 quad-color RGB+UV LEDs, an 18.4 W tri-color RGB COB in the center, and a ring of 21 cool white SMD strobes. Each section is controlled separately, so one fixture can hold a warm center wash while the outer ring chases color and the strobes punch on a downbeat. Mutable zones within the outer ring open up rotating and segmented looks that a standard par cannot produce. The UV emitters add blacklight response, making white shirts and fluorescent decor pop in a way that plain RGB never does. Output is 1,450 lux at 2 m with a 25° beam and 45° field, enough to be the front-of-house effect at a house party or a small club and enough to fill in behind a larger rig. Sound-activated and automated programs handle a night where nobody is running lights, and the optional IRC-6 remote gives direct access to the built-in functions when you want to steer things. Full DMX control runs on 2, 6, 9, or 22 channels through 3-pin XLR. Power linking supports 7 units at 120 V, so a row of them shares a single circuit and cuts setup time. It weighs 3.6 lb and measures 10.9 x 10.8 x 2.9 in.
