Obey 70 is the largest board in the Obey line, with 384 DMX channels and control of up to 12 intelligent lights at up to 32 channels each. That channel depth is what separates it from smaller boards: modern moving heads running in extended mode can take 20 or more channels apiece, and this board has room for twelve of them. An assignable pressure-sensitive joystick handles pan and tilt with a feel that fader-only boards cannot match, and the harder you push, the faster the head moves. Storage covers 30 banks of 8 scenes for 240 total, plus six sets of chases holding 240 scenes, with fade and speed time programmed into each step. Dedicated fog and strobe buttons, beat activation, tap-sync, and auto run cover live operation, and you can grab any fixture on the fly. Reversible sliders, re-assignable channels, sequential chase linking, and a DMX polarity selector adapt the board to your rig, and MIDI compatibility triggers scenes from other gear.
