This kit pairs the Stage Designer 50 48 channel DMX-512 dimming console with the Rockville RockShip 50 watt Bluetooth speaker, covering lighting control and portable sound for a small production in one order. Stage Designer 50 offers 96 playback faders across 8 pages of scenes, 96,000 programmable steps, and both 3-pin and 5-pin DMX connections, along with MIDI in, out, and thru, direct audio input, and beat activation for automatic chase modes. The RockShip speaker adds true two-channel stereo sound from a pair of 2.25 inch drivers at 50 watts of peak power without distortion, plus a built-in LED light strip that cycles colors and a beat-reactive mode as a bonus accent light near the console. Bluetooth pairs in about 5 seconds and holds a connection up to roughly 32 feet, while USB, SD card, 3.5mm aux, and FM radio inputs cover a range of source options for background music during setup or a break in the show. Two 1,800 mAh batteries keep the speaker running up to 24 hours per charge, and its IPX4 water resistant housing holds up for an outdoor load-in as well as an indoor one.
