GigBAR 3 ILS is a complete mobile light show on one bar. It carries a pair of LED derbies throwing multicolored chasing beams across a dance floor, a pair of quad-color RGB+UV pars for room wash, and a 74-LED strip for eye-candy effects, all pre-mounted and pre-wired on a single 41.2 in fixture. That means one power cord, one stand, and one thing to aim instead of six fixtures on separate clamps. Setup is built around getting in and out fast. The included tripod raises the bar from 4.8 to 7.8 ft, and the reversible bracket allows upside-down mounting on truss. Carry bags for the bar and the tripod come in the box. A full-color LCD display puts every setting in plain text, and the wireless footswitch works from up to 100 ft, so you can change looks from behind the booth without reaching for a controller. Built-in automated and sound-active programs run all three effect types together as one coordinated show. ILS compatibility syncs the bar with other ILS fixtures automatically, and the built-in D-Fi transceiver sends DMX or ILS wirelessly. Add up to 4 more fixtures to the mounting points on top of the bar to build out a bigger rig on the same stand. DMX control runs 2, 21, or 132 channels on 3-pin XLR, and power linking supports 11 units on a 120 V circuit. At 13.2 lb with a 9 ft cord, one person handles the whole load-in.
