Intimidator Hybrid 251SR is a true hybrid moving head, meaning one fixture changes between spot, beam, and wash rather than doing one job well and the others badly. An Osram SIRIUS HRI 251 W discharge lamp powers all three modes, hitting 500,411 lux @ 5 m in a 1° beam, 376,927 lux @ 5 m as a 12° spot, and 8,038 lux @ 5 m as a 7° wash. That kind of output holds up in large rooms, outdoor stages, and venues where LED heads start to disappear. Motorized zoom works in every mode, running 1° to 3° for beam, 12° to 23° for spot, and 7° to 19° for wash, and motorized focus keeps projections sharp at nearly any throw. Dual gobo wheels carry 9 plus open rotating, indexing, interchangeable slot-and-lock gobos, so you can morph patterns between wheels for mid-air looks a single wheel cannot produce. Twelve colors plus open and split colors scroll continuously at variable speeds. Two overlapping prisms, a 5-facet round and a 6-facet linear, rotate bidirectionally under independent control to multiply the beam. Glass optics keep beams and gobos crisp. Pan covers 540° and tilt covers 270°, with selectable ranges. A full-color display handles setup, with RF compatibility, Totem Mode, and onboard scene memory. DMX runs 13 or 19 channels on 3- or 5-pin XLR, and powerCON-compatible connections link 3 units on a 120 V circuit. A quarter-turn bracket allows single or dual clamp mounting.
