Chauvet SHOCKER FX Versatile Blinder, Wash+Strobe Light w/Eye Candy Effects

Shocker FX puts three fixture types in a 2.0 lb bar: a strobe, a blinder, and a wash, each one button away. Two light sources do the work. 280 tri-color LEDs totaling 50 W produce eight sections of bright RGB color, and 56 cool white LEDs totaling 11 W make up four sections of intense white for blinder hits and hard strobe. Together that gives 12 controllable sections across a 97° beam and 139° field, producing 1,981 lumens and 219 lux @ 2 m. Zone control is what turns this into an effect fixture instead of a strobe. Combine sections with the built-in special effect macros and you get sweeps, splits, alternating chases, and crowd hits from one unit, all triggered from the display, a DMX console, or the optional IRC-6 remote. Built-in presets mean you do not need to program a look to use one. DMX runs 8, 18, 30, or 43 channels on 3-pin XLR, and units can follow one another for a matched look across a stage. Power linking supports 12 units on a 120 V circuit, so a full row of them runs on one home run. At 2.0 lb and 10.2 x 2.8 x 6.3 in, it hangs on light truss, sits on a stand, or clips to a DJ facade, and it transports in the optional CHS-25 VIP gear bag. Mobile DJs, event managers, and small clubs get high output and fast transitions without adding a heavy fixture to the load-in.
