Control 31-WH

The Control 31-WH is a 10" two-way monitor speaker in a white finish, built for high-output music and paging in places that see weather, from patios, pool decks, and stadium concourses to restaurants, gyms, and large indoor venues. A 250 mm (10 in) woven fiberglass woofer with a 52 mm (2 in) voice coil works with a JBL 2414H-C compression driver to reach 116 dB continuous (123 dB peak) at 1 m, with a frequency range that extends down to 33 Hz. Power handling is rated at 250 W (1000 W peak) for 2 hours and 200 W (800 W peak) for 100 hours, so it holds up through long event days and all-day background music.

Wiring options are wide open. Run it at 8 ohms with the transformer bypassed, or tap the built-in 150 W transformer for 70V (150 W, 75 W, 38 W, 19 W) or 100V (150 W, 75 W, 38 W) distributed lines with less than 0.65 dB insertion loss at any setting. The 110° x 110° symmetrical coverage pattern spreads sound evenly across wide areas, so fewer speakers can cover the space. Outdoors, the IP-55 rated cabinet exceeds MilSpec 810 for humidity, salt spray, temperature, and UV exposure, and the WeatherMax multi-layer grille keeps moisture away from the drivers. The white cabinet blends into light-colored walls and ceilings, and the included InvisiBall wall-mount system and hex wrench handle installation, while ten 6 mm attachment points support suspension or an optional U-bracket. For salt-air sites, the optional MTC-30MK marine-kit grille adds extra corrosion protection.
