Control 414C/T

The Control 414C/T gives commercial spaces a clean ceiling audio solution for paging, background music, and distributed sound. Its 4 in woofer and 0.75 in soft-dome tweeter work together in a two-way coaxial design, while the 130° conical coverage spreads sound across open areas with fewer dead spots. A built-in 70V/100V multi-tap transformer offers 25 W, 12.5 W, 6.3 W, and 3.2 W taps at 70 V, plus 25 W, 12.5 W, and 6.3 W taps at 100 V. An 8-ohm direct input supports low-impedance systems.

The integrated enclosure fits most ceiling plenum spaces, and the captive dogear mounting works across a wide range of ceiling thicknesses. Installers can route cable from the top or side through the terminal cover, then finish the room with the included full-face magnetic grille. The white grille is paintable, so the speaker can match the ceiling without adding a separate trim piece. IP33 construction, air-handling-space listings, and a 65 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range make it suited to commercial interiors that need dependable coverage and a neat finish.
