Crown DCi4-1250 4-Channel Commercial Power Amplifier

The Crown DCi4-1250 is part of the DriveCore Install series, built for system integrators handling demanding installed sound jobs that need real channel density without a larger rack footprint. It packs 300W or 600W power points across 2, 4, or 8-channel configurations into a 2 rack unit chassis, so more channels fit into smaller equipment rooms and reduce the infrastructure an installer has to plan for.

Direct constant-voltage output at 70V or 100V removes the need for a step-up transformer, cutting material cost and letting installers run smaller-gauge wire to the speakers. Each channel switches independently between low-Z and high-Z modes, so one channel can power one or two speakers directly while another feeds hundreds of speakers on a 70V or 100V line, and channel pairs bridge together, even in 100Vrms mode, for higher-power applications like subwoofers.

A remote on/off interface lets integrators fold the amp into a control system to save power when the space isn't in use, and an advanced power factor correction power supply delivers power efficiently across a wide range of AC conditions, keeping heat and fan noise down in the rack.
