DR-2125.1D

The Crunch DR-2125.1D is a mono Class D subwoofer amplifier rated at 2125W max power, putting out 1 x 1050W at 4 ohms and 1 x 2125W at 2 ohms. That output range covers a single 12-inch dual voice coil sub run hard, or a pair of subs wired to a 2-ohm load.

Class D efficiency keeps the chassis at 7.64 x 5.83 x 2.2 in and 3.08 lb while pulling less current than a comparable A/B design. For a subwoofer amp, that combination matters: it mounts in a false floor or against an enclosure wall, and it does not tax the charging system the way older high-power amps did. QTD aluminum heat sinking adds mass to hold temperatures down through long, loud playback.

Tuning covers everything a sub install needs. A 12dB per octave low-pass crossover sweeps 40Hz to 300Hz, a subsonic filter runs 10Hz to 40Hz, and built-in bass boost adds up to 12dB. The included wired bass remote mounts within arm's reach so you can adjust output on the fly without pulling over.

The LED VU meter in the logo switches between constant red, VU mode that tracks audio level for setting gain, and off. Signal to noise is above 100dB with THD under 0.5%, and frequency response covers 10Hz to 300Hz. Nickel-plated brass screw-down terminals take 4 AWG power and ground with 8 GA speaker wire, LED diagnostics flag overload and short conditions, and external 80A fusing protects the run.
