DR-2125.2D

The Crunch DR-2125.2D is a two-channel Class D amplifier rated at 2125W max power. It delivers 2 x 530W at 4 ohms, 2 x 1060W at 2 ohms, and 1 x 2125W bridged into 4 ohms, which makes it two amplifiers in one: a strong stereo amp for a component front stage, or a single high-power mono channel for a subwoofer.

That flexibility carries through the operation modes. It runs stereo, bridged mono, or stereo and bridged mono simultaneously, so one chassis can handle a pair of door speakers and still hand bass duty to a sub in a simple system.

The chassis measures 6.06 x 5.83 x 2.2 in at 2.46 lb, the smallest in the V-Drive line, thanks to Class D circuitry and SPEED-FET MOSFET output devices. QTD aluminum heat sinking keeps temperatures down, and a Pulse Width Modulated power supply keeps demand on the vehicle electrical system in check.

Variable high-pass and low-pass crossovers both sweep 40Hz to 400Hz at 12dB per octave, letting you set the amp up for speakers or bass without extra hardware. Frequency response covers 20Hz to 20kHz with THD under 0.5% and signal to noise above 100dB. Input sensitivity adjusts from 0.2V to 6V.

The selectable LED VU meter tracks audio level for setting gain, or runs constant red, or switches off. Nickel-plated brass screw-down terminals accept 4 AWG power and ground with 8 GA speaker wire, and external 100A fusing protects the install.
