CSMA2120

The JBL CSMA2120 is a two-channel commercial mixer amplifier built for background music and paging in restaurants, retail stores, offices, gyms, and houses of worship. Eight mic/line inputs feed two output channels at 120W each, so one unit can run separate zones, such as a dining room and a patio, each with its own bass and treble settings and configurable output routing.

It connects directly to 70V and 100V distributed speaker lines with no separate transformer, and it also handles 4 and 8 ohm loads for low-impedance setups. Balanced Euro-block mic/line inputs and unbalanced RCA inputs accept microphones, music players, and streaming sources, while priority muting drops the music automatically when someone makes an announcement. RJ45 ports connect JBL CSR-V in-wall volume controls over standard Ethernet cable, letting staff adjust each zone without walking to the rack.

The fanless chassis fits a single 1U rack space with the included rack mounting kit and runs silently in a back office, closet, or equipment room. The front panel keeps things simple: a volume control for each channel, main volume, bass and treble, and a power switch, with illuminated rings around each knob for easy reading in dim rooms. A universal 100-240 VAC power supply and Energy Star certification round out a compact amplifier that is easy to install and easy to live with.
