Hifonics A2500.5D 2500 Watt 5-Channel Amplifier Class D Car Stereo Amp

The Hifonics A2500.5D is a five-channel ALPHA series amplifier that runs an entire system from one chassis: four full-range channels for front and rear speakers plus a dedicated subwoofer channel. Rated at 2500W max, it delivers 4 x 60W plus 1 x 250W at 4 ohms, 4 x 100W plus 1 x 450W at 2 ohms, and 1 x 750W at 1 ohm on channel five.

The design pairs Full Range Super D-Class circuitry on channels one through four with Super D-Class on the subwoofer channel, both fed by Ultra-Fi MOSFET output devices. Accu-Cross crossovers cover 10Hz to 250Hz high-pass on the front and rear pairs and 50Hz to 250Hz low-pass on channel five, with 0 to 12dB bass boost at 45Hz. Input sensitivity spans 0.2V to 10V, and speaker-level inputs with signal-sense turn-on on channels one through four let a factory radio stay in the dash.

The included HFR-31 wired bass remote controls subwoofer level from the seat. Rated performance is better than 85dB signal-to-noise with under 0.05% THD. A 13in x 9.25in x 2.37in aluminum alloy heat sink keeps temperatures in check, and nickel-plated hex screw terminals accept 4 AWG power and ground, 18 AWG speaker wire on channels one through four, and 16 AWG on channel five.

One amplifier means one power run, one ground, and one fuse: a practical answer for daily drivers, trucks, and builds where rack space is limited.
