ZD-1750.5D

The Hifonics ZD-1750.5D is a ZEUS DELTA five channel amplifier rated at 1750W max power, built to run an entire system from one chassis. Four full-range channels deliver 4 x 100W into 4 ohms or 4 x 225W into 2 ohms, and the dedicated subwoofer channel puts out 1 x 225W into 4 ohms, 1 x 450W into 2 ohms, and 1 x 850W into 1 ohm. The full-range channels also bridge to 2 x 450W into 4 ohms.

That layout replaces a two-amplifier install: front components, rear fill, and a subwoofer all run off one power and ground connection, which cuts wiring and frees up trunk space. Response spans 10Hz to 22kHz with THD under 0.1%.

Tuning is handled onboard. Variable high-pass and low-pass crossovers sweep 50Hz to 250Hz at 12dB per octave, a 15Hz to 40Hz subsonic filter protects the sub, and bass boost adds 0 to 12dB. Input sensitivity ranges from 0.2V to 6V, and speaker-level inputs tie into a factory head unit. The included wired bass remote keeps subwoofer level at the dash.

A PWM MOSFET supply with the dual coil Simpatico design holds voltage steady under load, and an aluminum heat sink handles thermal duty across a 14.8 x 5.75 x 2.16 in chassis. Angled molded terminals accept 4 AWG power and ground and 12 AWG speaker wire, nickel-plated RCA jacks resist corrosion, and end-panel LEDs flag overload and speaker shorts. External 100A fusing required.
