ZD-2550.1D 2550W Mono Class D Amplifier, 1 Ohm Stable

The Hifonics Zeus Delta ZD-2550.1D is the highest-output mono amplifier in the Zeus Delta lineup, built around a PWM MOSFET power supply that keeps current steady even as a large subwoofer load pulls hard during bass-heavy passages. It pushes 2550 watts at 1 ohm, 1275 watts at 2 ohms, or 650 watts at 4 ohms, enough for a single large subwoofer or multiple subs wired down to a low impedance. An onboard low pass filter adjustable from 50Hz to 250Hz tailors output to the subwoofer instead of running full range, and a subsonic filter from 15Hz to 40Hz protects the cone from frequencies below what it can reproduce. The built-in bass control adds up to 12dB of boost, adjustable from the included remote, letting you dial in more low end without reaching for the amplifier itself. A DC signal sense feature turns the amp on automatically from the incoming RCA signal, removing the need for a separate remote turn-on wire. An aluminum heat sink dissipates the heat that comes with running this much power from a single channel, and secure molded connection terminals keep power, ground, and speaker wiring organized and angled for easier access.
