Product Description

The Hosa CSS-115 carries balanced audio between 1/4 in TRS jacks across 15 ft. Balanced wiring puts the signal on two conductors of opposite polarity, so noise picked up along the run cancels at the input. Over fifteen feet, that is what keeps a mixer-to-powered-speaker or interface-to-monitor run free of hum and buzz.

The length fits real stage and studio geometry: a console output to a powered speaker on a pole, an interface to studio monitors across a control room, a keyboard rig to a submixer, or a headphone amp feeding a cue station at the far side of a tracking room.

Nickel-plated plugs resist corrosion and hold up to repeated patching, keeping contact resistance low so levels do not drift. An Oxygen-Free Copper conductor reduces loss across the full run, and an OFC spiral shield rejects EMI and RFI from dimmer packs, power distros, and wireless systems while keeping the jacket flexible enough to coil down fast at load-out.
