Product Description

The Hosa SKJ-605BN carries amplifier output to a speaker over 5 ft, with a 1/4 in TS plug on one end and dual banana connectors on the other. It is speaker cable, not signal cable: 16 AWG Oxygen-Free Copper conductors, unshielded, built for high-current output. Do not use it for line-level signals.

The short length fits amp-to-cabinet runs where the two sit stacked or side by side in a rack: a power amp to a passive monitor beside it, a rack amp to a speaker terminal panel, or a bench setup during testing and repair. Five feet keeps resistance minimal, which means more of the amplifier's W reaches the driver instead of turning into heat in the cable.
