The JBL 305P MkII brings the JBL Image Control Waveguide, originally developed for the flagship M2 Master Reference Monitor, into a compact 5-inch two-way studio monitor built for everyday mixing work. The waveguide creates an acoustically seamless handoff between the long-throw 5-inch woofer and the 1-inch woven-composite Neodymium tweeter, producing a broad, room-friendly sweet spot and precise imaging so detail stays clear even when listening slightly off-axis. Dual Class D amplifiers deliver 82 watts of total bi-amplified power, giving the monitor the dynamic range to handle music production, podcasting, or video editing at any listening volume.

A patented Slip Stream low-frequency port improves bass performance across playback levels, while new Boundary EQ settings and a 3-position HF Trim switch let you tune the monitor’s response to compensate for desktop placement or room acoustics.
