CSA140Z 70V Amplifier + (2) PEN-40T Black Pendant Speakers

This package pairs the JBL CSA 140Z 40W Commercial 70V Amplifier with 2 Rockville PEN-40T 4" 70V Hanging Pendant Speaker in black speakers, giving small dining areas and hallways needing compact pendant sound a complete 70V sound system without sourcing amp and speakers separately. The JBL CSA 140Z anchors the system with a single 40W channel built on Crown's DriveCore technology, which replaces hundreds of discrete parts with one chip to cut down on points of failure while keeping the sound clean. Built-in 70V and 100V operation lets it power a distributed system straight out of the box, and a universal power supply accepts 100 to 240 VAC so it works on nearly any electrical service. The fanless 1U rack design stays quiet enough for a dining room, and a sleep mode disable function keeps the amp always ready for paging or background music. The package also includes the 2 Rockville PEN-40T pendant speakers, a compact 2-way design with a 4" woofer and PEI dome tweeter for clear sound in smaller spaces. A capacitor crossover filters out unwanted frequencies, and a tap switch selects 20W, 10W, 5W, or 2.5W on the built-in 70V transformer, or 8-ohm operation. Each speaker ships with an eyelet bracket for hanging over a counter, hallway, or small dining area. Because both pieces are matched for 70V operation, wiring the 2 speakers to the amplifier is a matter of running positive and negative leads with no impedance math, and the amp's power still has headroom for expanding the zone later.
