This package pairs the JBL CSA 140Z 40W Commercial 70V Amplifier with 2 Rockville PEN-65T 6.5" 70V Hanging Pendant Speaker in black speakers, giving restaurants and bars needing full-range pendant sound a complete 70V sound system without sourcing amp and speakers separately. The JBL CSA 140Z anchors the system with a single 40W channel built on Crown's DriveCore technology, which replaces hundreds of discrete parts with one chip to cut down on points of failure while keeping the sound clean. Built-in 70V and 100V operation lets it power a distributed system straight out of the box, and a universal power supply accepts 100 to 240 VAC so it works on nearly any electrical service. The fanless 1U rack design stays quiet enough for a dining room, and a sleep mode disable function keeps the amp always ready for paging or background music. The package also includes the 2 Rockville PEN-65T pendant speakers, each a true 2-way design with a dedicated woofer and tweeter for clear mids alongside crisp highs. A tap switch on each speaker selects between 20W, 10W, and 5W on the built-in 70V transformer, or 8-ohm operation when a direct connection makes more sense. Detachable euro-block terminals speed up wiring, and an eyelet hanging bracket ships in the box so each speaker is ready to hang over a table or bar area. Because both pieces are matched for 70V operation, wiring the 2 speakers to the amplifier is a matter of running positive and negative leads with no impedance math, and the amp's power still has headroom for expanding the zone later.
