SLP14/T-WH On-Wall Speaker Pair + VMA160 Amplifier

This bundle gives restaurants, retail stores, hotel lobbies, and resorts a complete 70V background music and paging system in one order: two JBL SLP14/T-WH low-profile on-wall speakers and a VMA160 60W mixer/amplifier to power them. Each speaker pairs a 4" woofer with a coaxial dome tweeter for fuller, more detailed sound than a single full-range cone, and the slim white cabinet sits under 4 inches deep, so it meets ADA requirements and blends into light walls in a dining room or on a sales floor. A 15° down-tilt aims sound at listeners even when the speaker is mounted flush, and 140° x 120° coverage spreads music evenly across wide rooms.

The VMA160 runs the system. Five inputs, including mic, line, and RCA connections, work alongside Bluetooth, so staff can keep a paging mic connected and stream music from a phone or tablet at the same time, with bass and treble controls to tune the sound to the room. Paging chime and priority muting drop the music when an announcement comes through, which is exactly what a host stand or front desk needs. Multi-tap transformers on each speaker (25 W, 12.5 W, 6.3 W, and 3.2 W at 70V) let you set levels right at the speaker, and with both speakers on the full 25 W tap the pair draws 50 W, leaving headroom on the 60W amplifier. Each speaker also switches to direct 8-ohm operation.

Installation is straightforward. The included slide-on wall bracket mounts each speaker quickly, the 4-pin Euroblock plug accepts 24 to 14 AWG bare wire, and a terminal cover protects connections on covered patios and other sheltered outdoor areas. Rack mounting hardware for the amplifier is included, so it can live in an equipment rack in a back office or closet.
