JBL SRX922 Dual 12" 3-Way Powered Active DJ PA Speaker

The SRX922 is a compact, acoustically three-way, dual 12-inch powered point-source loudspeaker in a trapezoidal enclosure. It is built for jobs that need high output and tight directivity control from a single box: main PA in a mid-size room, side fill on a loud stage, or a point-source element inside a larger SRX900 deployment. Two 12-inch woofers in a symmetrical, dipole arrangement give double the low-frequency headroom of a single-woofer design and add vertical directivity control, so more energy lands in the audience and less on the ceiling. A horn-loaded 6.5-inch midrange section takes over the middle of the band, which lets the woofers work in their most efficient range instead of straining to cover vocals. A 1.5-inch annular-diaphragm compression driver handles the top, and dual 90 x 60 degree Progressive Transition waveguides keep coverage predictable across the pattern. Four large flared ports extend low-frequency response to 50 Hz, and an 80 Hz high-pass preset is there when SRX900 subwoofers carry the bottom. Voicing and phase response match SRX900 line-source products. Integrated DSP and amplification make setup plug and play, with a rear LCD, 24 user-adjustable filters, 2,000 ms of delay, and software control on Windows, macOS, and iPadOS.
