The PS5250 is a pair of 5.25-inch coaxial speakers built as fairing drop-ins for motorcycles, using weather-resistant materials and adhesives throughout for a speaker that lives outdoors year-round. This is the 2-ohm version, matched to 1998-2005 Harley-Davidson and all Victory OEM head units.

Each speaker handles 100W peak and 50W RMS, and an 88.3 dB sensitivity rating pulls usable volume out of a stock head unit. The midbass runs a rare-earth neodymium motor, roughly ten times stronger per pound than a standard ceramic magnet, so output stays high while each speaker weighs only 12.6 oz. That number matters on a bike: heavy speakers mounted high in a fairing raise the center of gravity and change how the machine handles.

Copper-clad aluminum voice coils keep moving mass low, and a finned aluminum heat sink pulls heat out of the motor for longer power handling on long rides. Polypropylene cones on inverted surrounds get more excursion out of a compact frame. The 20mm neo-titanium-dome tweeters are bridge-mounted over the center of each cone, a layout that stands up to constant vibration and keeps vocal detail audible over wind and exhaust noise through a helmet.

Frequency response runs 60 Hz to 20 kHz. Mounting takes a 4-7/8 in hole with 2-3/16 in of depth behind it, which also makes the pair a fit for ATV, UTV, marine, and outdoor enclosures. Replacement grilles for Harley-Davidson Bat-Wing fairings are included; other fairings keep the factory grille.
