Each MAC525S pod is machined from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum with a polished chrome finish that resists chipping and fading, and the terminals sit fully enclosed inside the waterproof canister with wiring fed through pre-drilled holes, so there are no exposed connections for water or dust to reach. Six precision-molded rubber inserts adjust the universal clamp to fit cage tubing from 1.75 inches up through 2.5 inches, and this kit adds a dedicated pair of 1.75-inch inserts for tighter RZR tower bars specifically.
