Each tweeter uses a neodymium magnet and an in-line 6dB crossover to filter out the low frequencies that a coaxial or component woofer already handles, so highs stay clear and detailed instead of getting muddied by a single driver trying to cover the whole range. Built-in poly-switch protection guards the tweeter against damage at higher volumes, and three mounting options, flush, angled, or surface pod, mean the tweeter fits into almost any factory dash, sail panel, or door location. Rated for 100W peak and 50W RMS per tweeter, these run well paired with an existing amplifier or a factory system that is missing high-frequency detail.
