Each square SoloKon cone and its 360-degree back bracing move up to 20 percent more air than a round driver of the same size, while a 2-3/4" (7 cm) mounting depth keeps the pair thin enough to tuck under a seat or behind a panel. The dual 4-ohm voice coils leave room to wire the pair in series or parallel depending on the amplifier on hand. A ribbed Santoprene surround with stitched construction resists heat and wear through repeated high-SPL passages, and the UniPlate pole piece and backplate pull heat off the motor so both subs hold up over long sessions. Either sub works in a sealed or ported enclosure, covering everything from a tight daily-driver box to a larger vented build tuned for output.
