DS Side 5.25" Factory Speaker Replacement Kit For 2005-13 Chevy Corvette

This kit replaces the side-mounted 5.25-inch speakers on a 2005 to 2013 Chevy Corvette with a pair of Kicker 43DSC504 coaxials and a METRA 72-4568 harness, so the wiring connects to the factory harness without cutting or splicing. Each speaker handles 200W peak (100W RMS per pair, 35W RMS each) on a 6 to 35W RMS recommended range, enough for a factory radio or a modest aftermarket deck. A rigid polypropylene cone and UV-treated foam surround give the low end more control than the factory driver typically offers, and a stamped steel basket keeps the assembly rigid under bass output. EVC (Extended Voice Coil) technology and a 1/2-inch zero-protrusion polyetherimide tweeter add clarity up top without extra depth.
