The subwoofer runs free air with no enclosure required, rated at 175W RMS and 350W peak through a 2 ohm voice coil, with a UV-treated polypropylene cone, Santoprene surround, and corrosion-resistant polymer basket built to handle salt and fresh water exposure. Frequency response spans 30 Hz to 500 Hz, and a 9.19 inch mounting hole fits most factory free-air cutouts. The 45KMG10C grille is molded from thick ABS plastic in a charcoal finish and includes silicone-coated LED lights, protecting the subwoofer cone while adding nighttime lighting to the boat. The grille is also compatible with Kicker's optional 41KMLC remote for full-color control, though that remote is not included here.
