46CK4

The 46CK4 is a complete 4 gauge amplifier wiring kit: everything needed to get power, ground, signal, and speaker connections from one end of a vehicle to the other, in one box. Every conductor is pure oxygen-free copper cut to full spec, so the wire actually carries the current its gauge claims.

Power comes from 17 feet of 4 AWG Hyper-Flex cable, long enough for a battery-to-trunk run in most vehicles, paired with 4 feet of matching 4 AWG ground wire and a self-tapping bolt and washer for a solid chassis ground. An AFS fuse holder with a 100 amp fuse protects the run at the battery. A 4 AWG firewall grommet keeps the cable from chafing where it passes through sheet metal.

Signal and control are covered too. A 16.4-foot KI RCA interconnect carries the audio signal with noise rejection built in, and 17 feet of 16 gauge remote turn-on wire triggers the amplifier from the head unit. Twelve feet of Q Series 12 AWG speaker wire handles the output side.

The small parts that stall an install are included: four 12 AWG fork terminals with blue and black boots, a butt connector, and six zip ties for clean routing. Full-spec OFC cabling supports maximum power transfer, tighter bass response, and clean signal, which matters most on long runs to a trunk-mounted amplifier.
