The 46CSC44 is a pair of CS-Series 4-inch two-way coaxial speakers designed as a direct factory replacement. They use a heavy-duty motor and magnet structure with EVC Extended Voice Coil technology, a step up from the lightweight assemblies in stock speakers, which is where the jump in clarity and output comes from.

A stamped-steel frame supports a rigid polypropylene cone with a ribbed, UV-treated poly-foam surround. That combination handles heat, sunlight, and humidity in a door or dash without softening, and the rigid cone holds its shape at higher excursion so bass stays defined instead of muddy.

The PEI dome tweeter uses a neodymium magnet for higher output in the top end, and sits with zero protrusion so factory grilles go back on without contact. Top mount depth is 1/4 inch and bottom mount depth is 1-13/16 inch, with a 3-3/4 inch mounting hole, so most factory 4-inch locations take them without modification.

Each speaker handles 50 W RMS and 150 W peak, with 88 dB sensitivity and a 60 Hz to 20 kHz range. They work well on head unit power and better on a small amplifier. Steel mesh grilles are included for locations where the speaker is exposed, such as a rear deck or a kick panel.
