This kit pairs a set of Kicker 6x9 three-way speakers with a set of Rockville aluminum wakeboard tower pod enclosures, giving boats, UTVs, RZRs, golf carts, and Jeeps a complete overhead sound setup instead of two separate purchases that may not fit together. The 6x9 speakers use EVC woofer technology and a stamped-steel frame for a 450-watt peak rating per speaker, with an integrated 2-inch midrange driver and a PEI dome tweeter splitting the highs and mids for clearer detail than a standard two-way coaxial. The MAC69B pods are machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with a black powder-coat finish, and they're internally wired, so no terminals or wire runs are exposed to rain, spray, or salt air. A universal clamp with six precision-molded rubber inserts adapts each pod to tower poles or roll bars from 2 to 2.5 inches in diameter, and the enclosures are fully sealed and waterproof for use on the water or off-road. Because the pods are sized specifically for 6x9 speakers, there's no guessing on airspace or fitment, and the combination mounts in one pass instead of sourcing a speaker and an enclosure separately and hoping they line up.
