The Kicker KB6 is a 2-way full-range speaker pair built to work indoors and outdoors without a separate weatherproof cabinet. Each enclosure carries a 6-1/2-inch polypropylene woofer with a rugged Santoprene surround plus a 2 x 5-inch compression-loaded horn tweeter, a combination that pushes midbass and highs far enough to stay clear across a deck or a shop floor. The 8-ohm load lets the pair run off a home stereo receiver, and the easy-pinch terminals accept 18 AWG or heavier speaker wire. Car-audio amplifiers work too, so the KB6 fits mobile installs on an RV, a side-by-side, or an off-road rig using the included universal bracket. That bracket mounts vertically or horizontally on nearly any flat surface, which covers eaves, patio walls, shop rafters, and roll bars. Power handling runs 75 W RMS and 150 W peak per enclosure, with 90 dB sensitivity and a 55 Hz to 21 kHz response, and integrated grilles come installed. The KB6 is weather-resistant for most of the outdoors, including rain, poolside spray, and dust. It is not built for boating use or for the salt-water environment near an ocean beach or coast, so a marine-rated speaker is the right pick for those installs. For everywhere else, a single pair covers a patio, and adding more pairs off one receiver takes minimal effort.
