L7T124 12" 1200W Solo-Baric Subwoofer, 4-Ohm DVC

The Kicker L7T124 is a 12-inch thin-profile subwoofer for vehicles that want more low end than a 10-inch sub without giving up mounting flexibility. Its square SoloKon cone uses 360-degree back bracing to cool the motor and cut distortion, while a ribbed, high-roll Santoprene surround handles high SPL without breaking down over time. The square shape moves 20 percent more air than a round driver of the same footprint, and a 4-1/8-inch mounting depth still lets it slide under or behind a seat. Dual 4-ohm voice coils handle 1200 watts peak and 600 watts RMS, and a UniPlate solid pole piece and backplate dissipate heat during long sessions at volume. A durable steel basket and bumped top plate add excursion and keep performance controlled. The L7T124 works in a sealed enclosure as small as 0.55 cubic feet or a vented box up to 2.25 cubic feet, and pairs naturally with a KX-Series or similar mono amplifier.
