The KXMA1200.2 puts 1200W of two-channel Class D power in a sealed, weather-ready package. It delivers 600W per channel at 2 ohms or 300W per channel at 4 ohms, with 1500W of dynamic power on peaks. That is enough to run a pair of tower speakers hard, or a large marine subwoofer per channel.

Controls sit behind a gasket-sealed cover panel, so gain, crossover and bass boost settings stay dry and stay where you set them. A DSP-controlled preamp with a variable 24dB crossover offers high pass, low pass and band pass from 10Hz to 500Hz, with a 10x switch extending the range to 5kHz. KickEQ adds up to 6dB centered at 40Hz. FIT2 circuitry and a Gain Match LED indicator make setting levels a matter of watching a light rather than guessing.

A full-range RCA output lets you add another amplifier without running new signal cable back to a KMC media center.

Everything follows the Real Marine standard: anti-corrosive speaker, power and RCA terminals, stainless-steel screws, conformal-coated boards and ABYC/NMMA-compliant power connections. The black anodized aluminum chassis measures 2-1/8" x 8-5/16" x 11-3/16" and carries a top-mounted teal LED light pipe.
