The CompRT 8-inch Loaded Enclosure lands between the compact 6-3/4" box and the 10" version, and for a lot of vehicles it is the right compromise. The cabinet measures 19-1/4" wide, 11-1/2" tall and 3-1/2" deep at the top, which fits behind or under a seat in most trucks and SUVs.

An active thin-mount CompRT subwoofer pairs with a passive reFLEX sub to reach deep without the cabinet volume a ported design demands. Both connect through a single 2-ohm terminal, so hookup to a mono amplifier is straightforward.

CompRT subs use Forced-Air Cooling to run 20 percent cooler for increased reliability, which matters in a shallow enclosure where there is less air volume to absorb heat. The enclosure itself uses tough MDF construction sized specifically for behind-seat and under-seat mounting.
