48TCWRT82 8" Shallow Subwoofer Enclosure

The Kicker 48TCWRT82 CompRT enclosure fits an 8-inch active CompRT subwoofer and a passive ReFLEX radiator into a shallow, carpeted box built for spaces where a deep sub box won't fit. A single 2-ohm terminal keeps amp wiring simple, and thick MDF construction with extensive internal bracing lets it take on cargo weight without flexing.

The CompRT's signature red double stitching bonds an improved Santoprene surround to a polypropylene woofer cone, and SoloKon technology joins the cone to a vented back brace, cooling the motor while cutting distortion. Forced-Air Cooling keeps the subwoofer running about 20 percent cooler than earlier designs, supporting sustained output over long drives.
