Kicker ST3TW 1" Street Series Dual Mount Bullet Tweeter Single 4-ohm 49ST3TW

The ST3TW is a single 1-inch bullet tweeter built for systems that play loud enough to bury an ordinary dome. Its horn-loaded aluminum diaphragm reaches 106 dB sensitivity, so vocals and high-frequency detail stay clear over high-output midbass and subwoofer levels rather than getting lost underneath them. The 4-ohm voice coil takes 15 to 50 watts RMS and 100 watts peak, and an inline 6 dB high-pass crossover comes in the box so the tweeter is protected from low frequencies without adding a separate passive network. Frequency response runs from 3.5 kHz to 20 kHz. Mounting is flexible: round and square flanges, a backing nut and screws let the tweeter mount from the front or the rear of a panel, on a pod, a wall or a door, with a trim look that fits the build. Spring-loaded terminals accept wire up to 16 AWG for fast, solder-free connections. Mounting depth is 1-3/16 inches behind a 2-5/16-inch hole. If the diaphragm ever fails, the ST3TRK kit rebuilds it in the field. This is the tweeter for SPL cars, competition demo builds and pro-audio-style installs where high output matters more than subtlety.
