The CompQ 12-inch subwoofer is the round-basket sibling of the square L7, built with nearly identical construction and performance. A cast aluminum frame gives the motor a stable, vibration-free base, so cone movement turns into output instead of frame flex.

Dual 2-ohm voice coils let you wire to 1 ohm in parallel or 4 ohms in series, matching the load your amplifier is rated for. Recommended power runs 500 to 1,000 W RMS. Xmax is 23mm, which is a large excursion figure for a 12, and it shows up as output on the lowest notes rather than just on paper.
