Product Description

The KICKER KPX300.4 is a four-channel amplifier sized for motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, where the install space runs out long before the power budget does. The chassis measures 8-1/2 inches long and 1-11/16 inches tall, small enough to hide under a fairing, behind a side panel or inside a UTV dash pod. The weather-resistant build handles the spray, dust and temperature swings that come with open-air riding.

Output covers a two- or four-speaker system: 45W per channel at 4 ohms, 75W per channel at 2 ohms, or 150W per channel into two bridged pairs. That flexibility means one amplifier can run four fairing and lid speakers on a bagger, or bridge down to two channels for a pair of larger drivers on a UTV.

Tuning happens onboard. A 12dB/octave high-pass crossover with 60, 80, 100 and 120Hz settings keeps low frequencies away from small speakers, which protects them and cleans up midbass at highway speed. Independent gain controls let you balance front and rear pairs after everything is mounted. A wide input sensitivity range accepts signal from a factory bike radio or an aftermarket head unit without an extra line output converter.

Frequency response runs 20Hz to 20kHz with 350W of dynamic power on tap. The design pulls modest current, so it does not tax a motorcycle charging system during long rides at low RPM. Typical installs include a touring bike with fairing and saddlebag speakers, a UTV with front pods and rear speakers, or a compact car install where the amplifier has to live under a seat.

Features

    • Power Without The Real Estate

An 8-1/2 by 3-5/16 inch chassis at 1-11/16 inches tall tucks under a fairing or behind a UTV panel where a standard amplifier will not go.

    • Two Or Four Speakers

Run 75W per channel at 2 ohms across four speakers, or bridge to 150W x 2 for a pair of larger drivers as the system changes.

    • Built To Ride Wet

A weather-resistant design handles road spray, dust and heat cycling, so the amplifier survives locations that are not fully sealed.

    • Tune It On The Bike

A 12dB/octave high-pass with 60, 80, 100 and 120Hz settings plus independent gains protects small speakers and balances front to rear.

    • Connects To Any Head Unit

Wide input sensitivity accepts factory or aftermarket signal levels, removing the need for a separate line output converter in most installs.
