The KRK V6S4-NA is an active two-way nearfield studio monitor built for work where accurate reproduction decides the outcome: mixing, tracking, sound design, and broadcast production. A 6.5" woven Kevlar woofer on a cast aluminum frame carries low frequencies to 49 Hz, with range extending to 40 Hz, while a 1" Kevlar dome tweeter reaches 19 kHz. Using the same cone material top and bottom keeps the crossover region consistent, so vocals and instruments do not change character as they pass through the midrange.

Bi-amped Class-D amplification sends 125W to the woofer and 30W to the tweeter, for 155W total and a 115 dB max peak SPL, which is more output than a typical nearfield position asks for.

Room tuning is where this monitor earns its place. Seven low-frequency and seven high-frequency settings combine into 49 selectable EQ curves that correct for desk reflections, wall and corner loading, bright or dead rooms, and personal preference. Low controls run to +/-3 dB at 60 Hz with a 200 Hz mid cut for desk bounce; high controls adjust a 10 kHz shelf and a 3.5 kHz mid peak. An input level attenuation switch and input sensitivity selector match the monitor to your interface or console output.

The front-ported MDF and aluminum enclosure suits placement close to a wall or in a shallow desk alcove. A friction-lock Neutrik combo input takes XLR or TRS, an EVA foam pad underneath reduces desk coupling and skidding, and threaded mounting points fit standard brackets and stands. A protective grille is included for mobile and broadcast rigs, along with standby, ground lift, and logo LED switching.
