The Mackie DRM12A is a 2000-watt, 12-inch arrayable powered loudspeaker built for DJs, bands, and production companies who need touring-grade sound in a single cabinet. A high-efficiency Class-D amplifier with Power Factor Correction keeps performance consistent even on unstable AC power, while Advanced Impulse DSP corrects for the acoustic anomalies that loudspeakers and horns typically introduce, from honky midrange to mushy low end, producing clean sound across the full dispersion zone.

The DRM Control Dashboard puts every setting behind a single knob and a high-contrast color display, covering a 3-band parametric EQ, venue-specific voicing modes, array configuration presets for 1 to 4 cabinets, and alignment delay for delay stacks. Up to 6 user presets store settings for different venues, and a 4-digit passcode lock keeps the configuration from being changed accidentally mid-show.

Inside, a triple 1-inch titanium compression driver array pairs with a 12-inch high-excursion woofer for a max SPL of 135 dB and 20 by 110 degree coverage. The cabinet uses 15mm plywood construction with internal bracing and a powder-coated steel grille, and 7 M10 flypoints plus a dual-angle pole mount support flying up to 4 cabinets with 2 DRM18S subwoofers using the optional FB100 fly bar.
