DRM18S + DRM18S Cover

This bundle combines the Mackie DRM18S 2000W 18-inch powered active subwoofer with a fitted DRM18S Cover, giving you low end and protection in one purchase. The DRM18S runs on a high-efficiency 2000W Class-D amplifier with Power Factor Correction, backed by Mackie's Advanced Impulse DSP, which corrects for the phase and frequency anomalies that make bass sound "mushy" so you get clean, punchy low end even at high volume. The DRM Control Dashboard puts a high-contrast, full-color display and single-knob control on the back panel, giving quick access to a 3-band parametric EQ, adjustable crossover, cardioid mode for directional bass, alignment delay, and up to six user presets.

An 18-inch high-excursion woofer and precision-tuned ported cabinet deliver increased bass response with minimal distortion, and next-gen protection circuitry keeps the driver safe when you push the system hard. The touring-grade 18mm plywood cabinet, textured coating, and powder-coated steel grille are built to survive the road, and an M20 threaded pole attachment lets it support a top speaker directly. When it is time to pack up, the included DRM18S Cover slips over the cabinet, with handle access openings and a nylon-and-foam-padded build that protects the finish during transport and storage between gigs.
