Mackie EleMent Wave LAV Wireless Lavalier Microphone System

The EleMent Wave LAV is a wireless lavalier system for creators who need clean audio without a cable running to the camera. It uses 2.4 GHz digital encrypted transmission, so there is no frequency coordination and no regional licensing to sort out, with reliable range up to 70 meters. Pairing takes one button.

The transmitter clips to a shirt or waistband and has two ways to capture sound: a built-in electret microphone for grab-and-go moments, and a 1/8" TRS input for the included lavalier mic with clip and furry windshield when you want it discreet and closer to the mouth. Onboard mute and adjustable gain sit on the transmitter itself, so fixing a level does not mean stopping the shoot.

The receiver has a 1/8" TRS output with adjustable level plus a headphone output for monitoring, which lets you confirm audio is actually recording before the take. Included cables cover both TRS and TRRS destinations, so it connects to a DSLR, camcorder, recorder, or smartphone.

An internal rechargeable battery runs up to 7 hours and tops up over USB-C from any charger or laptop. Up to six Wave systems work in the same area, which makes multi-person interviews and panel shoots straightforward. Everything travels in the included deluxe carry case, so the transmitter, receiver, lav mic, and cables stay together between jobs.
