Mackie MainStream is an all-in-one live streaming interface that consolidates a desktop full of gear into one box connected to your computer by a single USB-C cable. Camera, console, microphone, headset, phone, and monitors all land here.

The HDMI input includes a video capture card at 1080p60, so a DSLR, camcorder, or gaming console becomes a source without a separate capture device. HDMI passthrough runs at 4K60, which means you keep gaming or monitoring at full quality while the stream takes its 1080p feed. Two USB-C inputs act as a hub for extra cameras, USB microphones, and thumb drives, all reaching the computer through one port.

Audio is where the Mackie background shows. An XLR/TRS combo mic input supplies up to 60 dB of gain with 48V phantom power, and there is a chat headset input with return, an aux input for streaming phone calls, a 1/4" headphone output, and 1/4" monitor outs for desktop speakers. Direct monitoring switches on or off, and dedicated controls cover mic level, PC audio return, HDMI audio, and headphone or monitor level, with mutes for mic, aux, HDMI, and headphones.

Six programmable multi-function keys sit on top for triggering samples, transitions, and scene changes without alt-tabbing mid-stream. The free Matrix software adds up to six virtual inputs like a chat app or music player, four hardware inputs, vocal effects, and 24 virtual sample pads. MainStream is bus powered over USB-C.
