MDB-1P Passive Direct Box DI Box+Backpack

This bundle pairs the Mackie MDB-1P passive direct box with a Rockville RPAK Charcoal backpack, giving working musicians a way to carry their DI box, cables, and a laptop in one bag. The MDB-1P sends a clean, balanced signal from an acoustic guitar or keyboard to a mixer through its male XLR output, with a high-impedance quarter inch input and thru jack that still let the source reach a stage amp. A -15dB pad prevents distortion on line-level sources, and a thick steel chassis with impact-resistant corners keeps it working through years of load-in and load-out. The RPAK Charcoal backpack then carries that gear alongside a laptop, with a padded, Velcro-secured laptop pocket that fits up to a 15 inch machine inside the main compartment. That main compartment expands to 21.75 inches tall when unzipped for larger loads, or folds down to 18 inches for a slimmer profile day to day, and a hidden side zippered compartment keeps small items like the DI box separate from cables and cords.
